Before the renovation it was a dark apartment with tiny spaces. The owner ask us to design an unique apartment well iluminate and with a usefull patio.

Our design began by creating a single space with the backyard from the living room. Improving the lighting of the entire apartment and creating a very versatile space.

To give the apartment a personal design, we try to mantain the beautiful original stone and brick walls , as well as parts of the structure of the ceiling. The result is and unique combination of the original structure of the building and the modern intervention.
