Corner building with fronts to streets of different width, one of them especially narrow, so the treatment of the facade should help to protect us from the views of the neighbors on the other side of the street.
In short, a closed box game is proposed in which different tabs can be opened according to the needs of the occupants. These tabs must offer different degrees of transparency to allow closed, open or partially open uses.
The volume consists of two bodies of different height joined by the vertical communications core. Each body has the height given to the width of the street that supports it, although the higher one has a change of color on the last floor as a method of dialogue with the adjacent building.
